Issue

User is unable to save teams recording to cloud and getting error :

This recording couldn’t be uploaded and will expire in 19 days, select the recording to download.

Cause

Microsoft recently made the change and now recordings are being saved to One Drive instead of Streams, This is the reason users with one drive disabled are unable to save the recordings to One Drive.

"As of August 2021, Teams meeting recordings are no longer saved to Microsoft Stream. All recordings are now saved to OneDrive and SharePoint."

Fix

Enable One Drive for the user or Continue to save it offline.
